Press Brake Forming

MBS provides brake forming capabilities up to 250 tons, enabling us to  produce complicated parts in one piece without splice welding or  assembly. Hydraulic and mechanical presses allow fabrication of parts  that are up to 12 feet long and .250 inches thick. Parts can be  manufactured from steel, stainless, aluminum, abrasion-resistant AR400,  and HSLA/Domex. Our systems are well suited to applications that include  angles, side frames and rails. We also offer sand blasting and punching  services to fulfill your manufacturing needs and to meet a variety of  industry standards.

Our press brake facilities enable our technicians to accurately form  steel and alloy plates into a variety of geometrical shapes and segments  including heavy walled cylinders and cones, cylindrical segments,  angles, single bend brackets, compound curves, knuckle segments, dished  plates, rings, channels, eccentric cones, pipette clamps and special  shapes. Most of the material we bend and form using a press brake  is mild to high quality carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
